CARBON OFFERS A HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY
Any new item can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
NO REFUNDS will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Refund can only be applied if the product has a defect (terms & conditions apply) which in this case please follow the steps below.
In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for an exchange or store credit within the guidelines below. Currently you are responsible for returning your item to us, this will be changed very soon offering free returns to all of our customers.
WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly, fill in our returns form which is downloadable here. If you're unable to print this form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged or if you wish for a store credit.
Then ship the item back to us and await a quick response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or store credit.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your leather goods item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
If your answer to either question is "no" then the wallet item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Carbon will not accept the returned item for exchange or store credit.
What if you notice a material/manufacturing problem after the wallet item has been used?
In such cases, Carbon will do its best to repair or replace the item under our extensive 12 month Carbon Warranty.
